What can I expect from the Museum of Infinite Realities (MOIR)?

‘Explore The True You’ invites you on a voyage of self-discovery through seven vividly imagined rooms that crescendo to an extraordinary encounter with a holographic animal guide—a mirror to your inner self.

Where is MOIR located?

You can find MOIR at Rue du Marché aux Poulets 30, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium. It is in the heart of the capital, two streets from the Grand Place. Get directions here.

Will there be strobe lights?

The experience does use strobe lights. If strobe lights affect you, please do let our Infiniteer staff know upon arrival.

Will food and beverage be available for purchase?

Beverages are available in our MOIR Bar. Enjoy a coffee, soft or alcoholic beverage before and after the show (subject to opening hours). A food service is coming soon.

Can I eat or drink inside the experience?

It is strictly prohibited to take food or drink into the experience.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

You are free to take photos and videos throughout the experience, just not with a flash. Phones should be kept on silent. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted

Is the show suitable for pregnant people?

The experience does not involve strenuous physical activity but does require visitors to be on their feet, moving around the space for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. We suggest discussing with your healthcare professional if you are unsure.

Can I smoke or vape?

No. This is strictly prohibited.

Do you offer lockers for jackets and bags?

Yes. We ask visitors to use our lockers to store personal items such as coats, scarves, hats, and bags before the experience begins. The lockers are free of charge.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes!

Accessing the Experience

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled time slot. There is a lobby and bar area to wait until your experience begins.

What happens if I arrive late?

We will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee entry if you do not arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. We will therefore ask you to wait until we can accommodate you; this may involve moving to a new timeslot or an entirely new date. During our busier days, such as holidays and weekends, we will experience higher waiting times, and rescheduling if lateness occurs.

Can I bring animals?

No, this event is not pet-friendly. Service animals are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes; this event is suitable for ages 7+.

From what age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?

From the age of 16 onwards.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, anything which may disturb other visitors; weapons, drugs, and outside food & beverages.

Is the experience available in different languages?

The experience is available in French, Dutch and English.

Tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?

It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance. Tickets for sale onsite will be dependent on availability. Please also note cash is unfortunately not accepted.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and others (including Bancontact, UnionPay, Diners, JCB, Maestro, VPay, Alipay).

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever website, app and at the venue.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, printing is not needed. Please just have your tickets available on your phone.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns at hello@museumofinfiniterealities.com.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket to another date, time, or ticket type that has not already sold out, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please contact Fever's support team directly to help assist with your tickets.

If we’ve booked for different timeslots, can my whole group be placed together?

Unfortunately, due to our capacity, we cannot have more than 24 guests per group, meaning guests from other time slots cannot be added. It is recommended to book together at the point of purchase to guarantee the entire group attending the same timeslot.

Can my child under 7 attend the experience?

We recommend ages 7+ due to the content & show effects, but we do allow children under 7 to attend, with a paid ticket. Children under the age of 3 are not allowed into the experience.

I can't find my ticket. Where can I find them?

In the purchase confirmation email Fever sent you. If you have the Fever app, they will be in the Tickets section. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact Fever’s support team.

Do you offer a group discount?

For groups between 8 and 48 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the ‘Group Bundle’ option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 48, please complete the groups form here.

Can I hire the venue for a private or company event?

Yes, please fill out our request form here.

Is there a suggested dress code?

There is no specific dress code for the experience.

Can I pay onsite with cash?

No, we only accept card on site.

Do you accept Article 27?

We do! It is offered onsite, not online, purchasable at our box office, and is limited to two discounts per time slot with the confirmation of your coupon. We do not offer larger group discounts of Article 27 at this time.
