‘Explore The True You’ invites you on a voyage of self-discovery through seven vividly imagined rooms that crescendo to an extraordinary encounter with a holographic animal guide—a mirror to your inner self.

Beverages are available in our MOIR Bar. Enjoy a coffee, soft or alcoholic beverage before and after the show (subject to opening hours). A food service is coming soon.
It is strictly prohibited to take food or drink into the experience.
You are free to take photos and videos throughout the experience, just not with a flash. Phones should be kept on silent. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted
The experience does not involve strenuous physical activity but does require visitors to be on their feet, moving around the space for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. We suggest discussing with your healthcare professional if you are unsure.
No. This is strictly prohibited.
Yes. We ask visitors to use our lockers to store personal items such as coats, scarves, hats, and bags before the experience begins. The lockers are free of charge.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled time slot. There is a lobby and bar area to wait until your experience begins.
We will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee entry if you do not arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. We will therefore ask you to wait until we can accommodate you; this may involve moving to a new timeslot or an entirely new date. During our busier days, such as holidays and weekends, we will experience higher waiting times, and rescheduling if lateness occurs.

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket to another date, time, or ticket type that has not already sold out, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please contact Fever's support team directly to help assist with your tickets.
Unfortunately, due to our capacity, we cannot have more than 24 guests per group, meaning guests from other time slots cannot be added. It is recommended to book together at the point of purchase to guarantee the entire group attending the same timeslot.
We recommend ages 7+ due to the content & show effects, but we do allow children under 7 to attend, with a paid ticket. Children under the age of 3 are not allowed into the experience.

No, we only accept card on site.
We do! It is offered onsite, not online, purchasable at our box office, and is limited to two discounts per time slot with the confirmation of your coupon. We do not offer larger group discounts of Article 27 at this time.
